You do not have to rent a car to enjoy your visit. Villa 306 is located in the Heart of Grace Bay Beach and within a short walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants.  Most water excursions will pick you up directly on the beach in front of the Villa Renaissance property.  Other excursions typically provide transportation to and from their activities and taxis are readily available on island.

Dr. Love is a dear friend and preferred driver of Villa 306 owners. He also brings valuable island experience. He can provide transportation to and from the airport and for all other needs on the island.  Taxi fare is set by the government based upon location and the number of passengers.  Dr. Love’s number is (649) 242-1233.

Graceway Gourmet is less than ¾ of a mile from Villa Renaissance and a wheeled cart is available in the unit. A larger grocery store is located on Leeward Highway, just a short taxi ride away.

There are several boutique stores offering liquor, beer and wine within Regent Village, which is less than a 5-minute walk away.  Graceway Gourmet also sells liquor, wine and beer.  The Wine Cellar and other specialty wine and liquor stores are a short taxi ride from the Villa Renaissance.  There are no alcohol sales on Sundays within the stores.

With our location in the heart of Grace Bay, the beach, other resorts and restaurants are all an easy walk away.  There are sidewalks and pedestrian friendly crosswalks throughout the Grace Bay area.  Bikes are also available at Villa Renaissance at the front desk.

As Turks and Caicos has become a must-see destination, we recommend making dinner reservations at most restaurants as quickly as you know your schedule.  The front desk personnel are available to assist you once you arrive. Your Reservations Ambassador can also assist you prior to arrival.  A few of the more popular established restaurants are booked several weeks to a month in advance.

When you arrive at Providenciales International Airport you will debark from the plane via outside steps and walk into the international arrivals terminal.  At that point, you will wait in line to show your travel documentation (Passports plus the required Immigration & Health forms that are provided on the plane or upon arrival) to Immigration.

Once you clear Immigration, you pick up any luggage and exit via the customs officer, handing them your completed customs form (declaring anything required by law).  You will then exit the airport and meet your pre-arranged transportation, communicate to get a taxi or find your rental car representative.

On the Immigration form—you are staying at:
Villa Renaissance, Unit 306, Ventura Drive, Grace Bay Beach.

The weekends, especially Saturdays, are busier than normal weekdays.  When multiple planes land at the same time, the wait to get through immigration and customs can be lengthy.  It is well worth the wait, we promise!  Please be patient and understand the officials are working as quickly as they.  There is an expedition service, Fastrack TCI, available for a fee, but it must be reserved well in advance as it books up quickly with limited availability.

Like almost all other lodging options on Providenciales and Grace Bay, Villa 306 is our vacation home/condo that we rent out via a hired management company.  There are very few traditional, rent a room hotels on the island.  Therefore, you can expect to be staying in our luxurious furnished vacation condo with the full amenities of a high-class traditional hotel.

With our location in the heart of Grace Bay, you are within walking distance of multiple boutique shopping areas including Regent Village, SaltMills, and Le Velle Plaza.

Currency is the U.S. Dollar and most major credit cards are also accepted.

Turks and Caicos is part of the British West Indies and is governed by British Law.  It also has its own elected local government/Prime Minister.  Cars drive on the left side of the road like in the UK, but most cars have standard U.S. left driver side controls.

Villa 306 is an independently owned vacation condo that is the owners’ private vacation home, professionally managed by Allied Management on Island.

The owner takes great care in consistently updating and improving the unit.

The resort itself is amazing and well kept, with an ownership group that reinvests in the property.  Villa Renaissance is in the center of the Grace Bay Beach, voted World’s Best Beach multiple times.

The true beauty of Villa Renaissance is that the complex is only four stories high and has an incredible length of beach aligning the property.  This limits the guest density and allows space for everyone to be in a public setting, with enough privacy to enjoy your experience without someone right next to you.

You can walk two miles in one direction, and then two miles in the other to cover Grace Bay Beach in its entirety. There are multiple restaurants, shops, and a grocery store all within walking distance.  Excursion operators provide transportation to and from the resort and most water-based excursions pick you up directly on the Beachfront of Villa Renaissance.
